Yakojeun

I have been a regular customer of Yakojeun, Agric branch for a while, and honestly, it is disappointing to see the decline in service recently. At first, the staff were very attentive and professional, but lately the customer service has become frustrating. Staff members often seem distracted, customers are left waiting, and sometimes it feels like you have to get a supervisor involved before you are attended to. The bigger issue is the lack of attention to orders. I have experienced incorrect billing more than once. For example, I bought three pieces of beef but later noticed my receipt showed six. I overlooked it because returning to complain was stressful. Unfortunately, this has happened again today… I paid for a drink, confirmed it was on my receipt before leaving, only to get home and realize the drink was not added to my takeaway bag. I literally paid for something I’m thirsty for but didn’t get eventually, it’s so so frustrating… Mistakes happen, but when the same issues keep repeating, it becomes a serious customer service problem. There should also be a proper complaint channel instead of customers having to physically return every time something goes wrong. I really hope management looks into this because a good reputation can easily be damaged by poor staff attention and lack of accountability.

The stafff in your canteen is great and they are all trying . But the management needs to increase the number of staff attending to the customers at the food section reason is because the wait time is too much and I feel increasing the number of staff will reduce the wait time But your food is great, customer service great and the atmosphere perfect Thank you

The atmosphere is cozy and neat, and the amala is made in heaven, a nice place for your first date.
