How do I search for businesses?
  1. Enter what you're looking for in the search box (e.g. “restaurants”, “hotels”)
  2. Add a location or let us detect your city
  3. Filter results by category, rating, distance, or price
  4. Click on a business to see details, reviews, and contact info

How do I write a review?
  1. Create a free account or log in
  2. Find the business you want to review
  3. Click “Write a Review” on the business page
  4. Rate your experience (1-5 stars) and write your review
  5. Optionally add photos
  6. Submit your review
Can I save my favourite businesses?

Yes! When logged in, click the bookmark icon on any listing to save it. Access your saved businesses from your dashboard.

How accurate are the business listings?

We work hard to keep listings accurate. Information comes from:

  • Business owners who claim and verify their listings
  • Public business registries and databases
  • User submissions and updates

Spot an error? Click the “Report” button on the business page and we'll review it.

Is ConnectCiti free to use?

Absolutely! Searching businesses, reading reviews, and writing reviews are all free. Create a free account for extra features like saving favourites and following businesses.

How do I add my business to ConnectCiti?
  1. Create a free account
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click “Add Business”
  4. Fill in your business details (name, address, contact, description)
  5. Add photos and operating hours
  6. Submit for review

Listings are typically reviewed and published within 24-48 hours.

How do I claim an existing business listing?
  1. Find your business on ConnectCiti
  2. Click “Claim This Business”
  3. Verify ownership (email, phone, or documents)
  4. Complete the claim process
Is listing my business free?

Yes! Free listings include:

How do I respond to reviews?
  1. Log in to your business account
  2. Go to your reviews dashboard
  3. Click “Respond” on any review
  4. Write a professional, respectful response
  5. Submit
What if I receive a negative review?

Respond professionally:

  • Thank the reviewer for their feedback
  • Acknowledge their concerns
  • Explain how you'll address the issue
  • Invite them to contact you directly

If a review violates our policies (fake, spam, harassment) use the Report button.

What makes a good review?

Be specific: Mention what you liked or didn't — food, service, ambience, value

Be fair: Base your rating on the overall experience, not a single incident

Be helpful: Include details future visitors would want to know

Add photos: A picture says a thousand words — show the space, food, or products

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes. Go to your reviews dashboard, find the review, and click “Edit” or “Delete”.

  4. Submit — our team reviews reports within 24 hours
Can I delete my account?
  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Scroll to “Delete Account”
  3. Confirm deletion

Published reviews may remain visible with an anonymised author name.

Technical Issues

The website isn't working properly
  1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R)
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  4. Check your internet connection
  5. Disable browser extensions that might interfere
