Prices of products are moderately ok but still a bit on the high side. Their environment is not friendly, too hot and their management seems not to be ready to work on their environment
THEY ARE VERY INSINCERE & DUBIOUS, SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS My sisters & I got a washing machine from this shop alongside a freezer, microwave and blender on 22 May 2020. They sold us a malfunctioning washer. After installation, we realized it was faulty. It took them a week to send someone to look at it and confirm it was faulty. After another 2weeks of waiting for them to come fix it, they agreed we could come exchange it. They did not do an immediate exchange, asked us to return kn a later date after dropping the washing machine at their shop. When we came back to pick the new one, we realized they had repackaged the same old one, because unknowing to them, we had taken a picture of the serial number. Now they have admitted that's the only one they have in store and we have to wait for them to import another. They refused to give us a refund nor let us upgrade to another washing machine. Update: We got our refund! And that's after causing a scene on a day a regional supervisor was visiting!
Just average. A good location. But a lot can be added that will boost customer traffic. Starting from help with parking and driving back into traffic after the shop visit. When staff solicit for handouts after depositing purchased items in a customer's vehicle, it is just a matter of time before customer traffic will thin out. Lots of room for improvement.
