This store is totally unreliable and practices careless transaction systems. They disregard feedback of customers when approached about goods purchased from them and they expose their customers to risk and mental stress through lackadaisical attitude and their zero knowledge of adequate customer relationship management.
So terrible with customer service unlike contemporary stores. Imagine purchasing items under warranty with them, notifying them of total dissatisfaction with the product due to inefficiency, and it would take ages before resolving complaints, consequently putting lives of customers at risk through stress of travelling and anxiety from uncertainty. Furthermore, while having a purchased product with them, they decide how they want to benefit from such, without considering convenience and comfortability of customers. If you value efficient transaction system that allows for relevant feedback, they're not the right store to patronise. They have terrible and parasitic business approach and have zero customer satisfaction tendencies.
I bought a 1.1 KVA inverter and it stopped working after 2 days and it's 6 days now since I returned it. No refund or replacement has been made. Edit: it was later replaced but then I didn't like it and opted to add money to take other appliances. Their stores are full of great items but they should consider case of faulty items and act swiftly.
I bought a maxi 43 inches TV here in 2021 and in 7 months the screen went blank. I went to the office since the TV has one year warranty, It took almost 2 months before I was directed to Ibadan to go to LG company since they made the maxi product. I got there and I was told they don’t produce such product anymore. I was dumbfounded. Fast forward to 2024 I bought another TV this time Hisense product same 43 inches and in 5 months the screen has split into two. It’s been 5 days since I return it to the company and I haven’t gotten any call or information about the TV. I don’t even know how to feel. TV of over 300k
A place where you can buy your household electronics with a very good price in comparison to other plazas in Abeokuta, they are reliable in terms of electronics, they are dealing with LG and other products. Their store situated at Salon Abeokuta, beside Polaris bank.
