Appointmen should be by 9 am, was waiting for 2 hours, just to even something start happening, very bad experience
My scheduled appointment (booked & confirmed online) was today 9am. I came earlier around 8:50, Passport and Documents were collected from me around 9:15 am. After waiting in ground floor office room for 1 hour I was told to go wait upstairs and wait in the waiting room. People who came in later to this waiting room were called out by names sooner than me again and again often within 15minutes or so from coming. I was called by name at 11:11 and brought to same room i was waiting before from 9:15am. After that everything was smooth and fast and after 15min I was free to go. There is no coffee or wending machine to buy drinks or snack.
The crowd was larger than the service area leading to rowdiness. Poor ventilation and weak air-conditioning left us all sweating. Fairly decent service quality. Certainly an improvement from my last visit some years back but still a loooong way to go to reach global standards.
No comments now, ikoyi passport office is located very close to Obelende bus stop after ikoyi cemetery along Ikoyi Road lagos
This is passport office. Very busy always. But they have fast services. You need to give them tip for more faster service. It is wheelchair accessible. #wheelchair accessible
