The pastries were quite disappointing and didn’t taste fresh. Given the price , I was expecting better. The customer service was good and swift but the food was definitely a let down.
The space is small and the service was a bit slow. The pastries were affordable and freshly done. I ordered the Oreo milkshake and meat pie, they tasted really good. I also had strawberry iced tea which was very refreshing. I would recommend their milkshakes.
Nice spot, aesthetically pleasing but kinda small. Staff were courteous and helpful. Sandwich on this day was okay but I’ve had better ones from them.
Had a mixed experience. The drinks were good, pastries, and sandwiches were okay, nothing out of this world, but enjoyable enough. The cafe is quite small and the seating isn’t very comfortable, so I’d say it’s better suited for takeout than dining in. Service was slow, likely because the place seemed understaffed, and the menu was a bit confusing and hard to navigate. Everything felt a little disorganized. That said, it wasn’t a terrible experience, it was just okay. If you’re nearby and need a quick bite or coffee to go, it might be worth a stop, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
Milk and Honey’s new Ikoyi location is a charming outdoor cafe with a peaceful, nature-inspired vibe. The lush greenery, open kitchen, and airy layout make it perfect for a casual brunch, breakfast date, or even a quiet work session—some guests had laptops out and looked quite comfortable. The space is cute, seating about 15 - 20 people, so it fills up quickly. While the open-air setting is lovely, it does come with a few flies here and there. Thankfully, outdoor fans help manage that. One area for improvement is the payment process—guests have to go to the counter to pay, which interrupts the relaxed flow. Table-side payment would be a much better fit. Service was friendly and attentive. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the overall experience felt warm and well-managed. The food was clearly made with a lot of love! The milkshakes were creamy, easily among the best in Lagos. The Kiwi Iced Tea was so refreshing and sweet. The banana bread/cake was moist, rich, and absolutely delicious. The puff-puff was lovely, light and perfectly fried. The chicken pie was just okay, not bad but nothing memorable. One thing that stood out is that the menu still mirrors what’s available at their other branch in Lekki. For a new space, it would be great to see some fresh, exclusive offerings that set this location apart. Overall, Milk and Honey Ikoyi is a cozy, photo-worthy spot with quality food and a calm atmosphere.
