Confession Lounge

We order four barbecue fish and they were all burnt on one side,they have really nice milkshake though

My experience at Confessions Lounge was honestly a mix of good and not so good. On the positive side, the ambience is beautiful. Warm lighting, nice décor, and a comfortable setting that makes you want to relax and enjoy your time. The food itself was also really good, and the staff member who attended to us was polite, patient, and handled our requests well. But my major issue was the waiting time. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before our food arrived. Another thing that didn’t sit well with me was being asked to move from the seat we originally picked because “a family of four might come in” and they felt the other seats might not be comfortable for them. We agreed and moved, only to find out later that it was unnecessary (we spent an extra 1 hour and 30 minutes there, and during that entire time, nobody sat in our original seat). Suggestion: It would help a lot if they had someone at the door whose job is to seat guests properly from the start. That would avoid situations like that awkward, unnecessary, and slightly embarrassing relocation.

Lovely food, great staff and cool ambience. One of my favorite in Benin so far. A must visit.
