It takes too long for issues to be addressed. My Client Mr Augustan Iroh is on monthly payment plan for Chrysland Phase ll. In respect of payment made in March, narration on the receipt is not correct. Till date it has not been corrected. This monthly error has affected my relationship with the client who has promised to give me referrals before. Now he can't refer people to me because he is not satisfied with the services he is receiving from Zylus. Mrs Nkechi Ugboh did PDSS since March and till date have not gotten her hardcopy receipt. She is yet to confirm if she got the link where she can monitor her investment. During Lunching, some people are given preferential treatment for reasons best known to the company. It is not nice when Realtors have to beg for T-shirts during programme. I think the company should look for a better way to handle this especially when you are having programme. Wearing the company's T-shirts is free advert for the company and l don't Know why some people will be given more than one because they are close to the company staff while others have to beg. Whether l get or not l am fine because l can't imagine chasing Staff for T-shirt Some clients are not ok with 500sqm but l don't have a problem with that but if possible those that want bigger size should be given at a higher rate. Insurance cover for investment is it on the amount and return or........ Let me stop here for now
