I honestly had such a good experience here. The staff were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly before starting. I was really nervous going in, but they made me feel comfortable almost immediately. Definitely recommend.
One star rating is too much. Professionalism goes beyond fake smiles when you step through the door. Know this and know peace. They are all too driven by money. If I pay N1.5m upfront out of N2m for braces, nothing should stop you from given free scaling and polishing, or even free toothbrushes. But that’s not even my issue. I started my braces journey August 2024. And due to tight work schedules, I had to reschedule some of my appointments. However, from August 2025 last year till October, there was not ONE phone call for an appointment. It’s not like their service is even top notch. Cos tell me why my brackets would break 2 days after an appointment. It calls into question the quality of materials being used. Then, the dealbreaker for me was when they started to call me for the balance payment. I had to tell them, you can’t call me to fix an appointment, but you can call for money?! Jokers! When I emphasised that I will NOT be making any balance payments till my procedure was concluded, the orthodontist suddenly decided my procedure was complete. Mind you there are still gaps I can see, and also we never used the elastic band that’s used for overbites. These are the most unserious sets of people I’ve ever seen. Best believe I will NOT be setting foot in that hospital again. I will have my procedure completed elsewhere! You can’t do an unsatisfactory job and expect payment for it.
Zoom Exclusive dental care didn’t just provide me an excellent service, they made me a fan. From the very warm reception to being very time conscious, proactive and intentional with their approach to service, I must say they provided me an excellent costumer experience. The breakdown during my consultation was Doctor Olumide was so good, every staff that saw me was so warm and receptive and it was genuine. I’m definitely telling my network about them. Thank you for being an intentional organization.
A dental practice with very professional staff who are courteous. Searched out the facility on Google and got the recommendation. The ambience making you feel right at home. The doctors are knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I have had a fantastic experience with their services, from routine cleanings to filling. Highly recommend this practice.
Clean clinic. New medical devices. Professional staff. Smart and efficient team. The doctor was patient and knowledgeable. Wait time to see the doctor was about 35 mins. I did scaling, polishing and whitening. I'll add a review about the effects of the Whitening after a little while. So far, I'm satisfied with the services.
