How can you people put a wrong phone number on your website, very unprofessional and silly customer service
Prompt response and in service delivery.... can handle any package to countries of the world
Till today I have not received my parcel after the dispatch rider called me to inform me about it. The worst is that I do call him for my parcel and he will switch off his phone. For more than one week now I have not gotten it. Enugu branch always give poor service to customers.
They have the best cheaper rate when u sending ur parcel locally and internationally
Not impressed with their Enugu operations. I had a parcel arrive from Lagos, they called to inform me about the arrival and promised to deliver to my home as stipulated in the contract and they didn't. Had to go to the office to pick it up because I was leaving town. Their office to my home is hardly a 7mins drive.
