Sometimes in 2019, I was in a difficult period in my life. I couldn't not focus anymore, I was in depression at this point. It really affect my work life and off work too. I did some research online to find a psychologist to seek help, clearly I need one at this point before I go Bing. That was when I found Total Psyche Service and consult. I met with Dr Ola, a very good listener and great psychologist. It was a journey of transformation and a great one from me, wasn't easy but it was worth it. Thank you Total Psyche services and consult.
