A much needed approach to address what we once considered a stigma in Nigeria. As a psychology major from one of the prestigious universities in the United States and extensive study of mental health theoretically and hands on in the field. The sunshine series-mind wellness sees the person not the problem, which is one of my best approach to healing. Solution is obtained in series, I will recommend this place to anyone that needs to talk and work about their mental health.
Sunshine Therapy changed my life literally. When was feeling lost and overwhelmed with depression, I booked an online session and my therapist helped me find clarity and hope again. The sessions were so convenient, and I felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend their services!
