I have never meet any of them physically nor even discuss with them on phone, everything was just through chats and they delivered very professionally. 1 transaction done so far and I’ll sure use their services for more
His clearing charges is outrageous. Container i cleared with other agent for 8m and it came out same week, that is what he cleared for almost 15m. In terms of delivery, he is fast in clearing container. But for charges, its too exorbitant. Secondly ones the goods you cleared with him encounter issues on the way with customs, you are on your own. And he doesnt book container, meaning you will have to settle customs heavily on the way. And if your container moves through benin, get ready for big settlement.
The best clearing experience I have ever had. Clearing was swift, he communicated all through the process and the safety of the cleared car continued to remain their priority until it got to the owner’s custody. Great job and I recommend all importers to quickly hand over all their clearing jobs to this company. They showed great professionalism.
