Great facilities in a prime area of Lagos. Clean and sterile environment. Could do with more professionalism from their lower staff, the receptionists have that typical lethargic Nigerian attitude but are friendly and mean well. NEVER go to see one of their male GPs for gynaecological issues in the absence of one of their specialists. Forgot his name but was relatively young, yoruba doctor, who was wholly ignorant about basic female medical issues, asked the most asinine questions even after giving him repeated background information about my history. Easily triggered when confronted with relatively informed patients who don't take his opinions at face value. Repeatedly seemed to confuse the purpose of anti-fungals with those of antibiotics (and actually sought to prescribe me an antibiotic which is known to worsen fungal infections in women at times) without explaining the reason or its purpose in the absence of any bacterial infections (Was later told by a specialist that it can help clear other infections that may be hindering the removal of fungal related illnesses; This was a blatant contradiction to the GPs false suggestions that the antibiotic specifically targets fungus). He was pompous and arrogant while coming across as ignorant and inefficient. Terrible bedside manner and was as useful as talking to random guy on the street. He is best suited to practice general medicine. Their specialists are great and seem highly professional.
