The experience of TB & T’s SDT spans more than a decade from small beginnings of helping family and friends take their real estate dreams to reality satisfactorily. We play advisory roles, assist with understanding of statutory requirements and processes, follow up on all associated processes such as mortgages and manage facilities.
We have reputable networks locally and internationally that partners with us to deliver the needs of both Nigerians at home and in diaspora. Expatriates are not left out. We go well beyond what the clients’ perceived needs and complement them with our professional touch.
