My experience at Tastebudz culinary school was both challenging and rewarding than I initially expected. I walked in thinking it would be all about cooking delicious dishes but turned out to be so much more. Tastebudz culinary school made me to understand the science behind food, knife skills, knowing different methods of cooking, discipline, organizing, time management, mastering techniques, plating, the importance of “MISE EN PLACE”(prepping before cooking), and with strong emphasis on food safety and hygiene, cleanliness, kitchen organization and also made me know more foods and the country they originate from.
