I didn't like their ofada sauce at all. I was feeling hot no AC. Just one fan which couldn't reach everyone. Staff is nice so customer service 7/10
Customer services are poor. The food are not fresh, they taste like the previous day. The Restrooms and dinning hall are not even neat, they've turned brown. I ate there twice, yet I had the same bad experience. The place needs serious attention to bring it to modern standards of how a restaurant should be.
Tantalizers at Iwo Road used to carry the weight of a strong brand name, and for many of us, the memory of their past quality is what still draws us in occasionally. Unfortunately, the reality on ground today falls short of what one would expect from a name that once set a standard in fast food service in Nigeria. The biggest disappointment is the customer service. Staff attitude often comes across as indifferent, and there seems to be little urgency in attending to customers. For a place that sees high traffic because of its location, one would expect efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism to be the norm. When it comes to the food, the difference compared to the earlier years is noticeable. The meals no longer carry that freshness and satisfying taste that Tantalizers was once known for. Many dishes feel average at best, making it hard to justify the price. Ironically, the only part of the menu that still delivers consistently is the snacks. Items like meat pies and small chops retain the quality that people remember, and that is perhaps the saving grace here. On the positive side, the outlet has ample parking space, which is a big plus given how busy Iwo Road is. It is also easy to locate since it sits close to the road. However, the overall dining experience leaves much to be desired. A brand like Tantalizers should offer more than convenience and nostalgia; it should deliver quality and service that match its name. Recommendation: Improve staff training and food standards.
Nice and family friendly place to eat and have a lovely time. The place has thrived despite the State government telling them at a point to demolish the building due to bus terminal construction, but now it has been settled. The place is back on top.
A good environment but a bit small as customers meeting each other were looking for space to eat. Good customer relationship, delicious 😋 food as the semo was on top
