This is a safe and positive driven environment and place. I have enjoyed my therapy sessions. It’s been a safe and helpful space for growth and reflection. Mental health is important, and I believe everyone should invest in it;not only when something is wrong, but as part of healthy living. I am so privileged to be part of this knowledge introduced to me by my daughter. Am sure , she looks at me the way I handle some issues as a mother that have rights at all times without considering a fundamental issue involving her child in a particular situation. I now know that no one is never old for learning anymore. Am enjoying the class and trying my best to cope 😌 even with the less IT knowledge. I wish this awareness can go far ,reaching more people, expecially parents, couples ,Bosses ,workers of any ranks. Mental health is quite important and we need to protect each other. Thanks.
