It was a complete waste of time and money! Imagine coming for a birthday shoot for your 5 year old, and not a single prop was offered except the flowers the little girl picked by herself. Photos were delayed beyond 48 hours while they kept lying that they've sent the pictures. When they finally sent, just basic or hardly any editing edit was done. I could not make use of the pictures. The pictures I took with my phone are almost better than what a studio could produce. Maybe its a one-time mistake, but I wouldn't recommend.

The wait time was super short. Passport photo was instantly delivered to my email. Although they were out of photo paper at the time, they scheduled me to return to pick it up, and it was ready by then.
