HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service - the dentists to the front desk staff; do NOT waste your hard earned money here. There are so many other options, so we found another and quietly, THANKFULLY, moved. It was so bad that we did not bother requesting a refund for unused services. We urge you: if you want peace, stay away. We would give 0 stars, if we could.
Courteous ,professional, clean. They know what they are doing and are the best in dental care in FCT, Abuja, in my opinion. Best services always.
Doc. Sid has been amazing, very professional and very clear in the way he explains the procedure. I had to do a Root Canal treatment, went in quite skeptical but had an amazing experience with zero pain. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for any dental solution.
I have had very good experiences with Dr Sid . My treatments consisted of two root canals. my treatments went smoothly . He is a caring and personable doctor. I had no pain during or after my treatments. His assistant was very caring during my surgery which helped to alleviate my anxiety. I am so grateful that Dr Sid is my dentist !. Dr. Sid truly was a superhero to me for saving my teeth!”
As a first timer at the dentist and doing a root canal, I was petrified and completely anxious. Probably nearly had a nervous breakdown. Not only are they kind and understanding, the procedure was 99% pain free! I'm still in shock at how easy and painless this was. Dr. Andrew is simply amazing, patient and professional . I recommend this place totally. At smile dental, they're neat, professional, friendly, and practice modern, painless dentistry. What a plus!
