I’m sharing this as a warning for everyone to be cautious when dealing with the travel Agent “Sky With Us”. Their follower count and positive customer reviews are misleading, and I, unfortunately, learned the hard way after losing my hard-earned money. I hope my experience can prevent others from becoming victims as well. When I started my travel journey, I unfortunately fell into the hands of this agency. I’m still surprised they haven’t gone viral yet for their deceptive advertisements promising guaranteed visas while asking for millions in return. My first mistake was paying in full for two of their services: a group tour to Singapore and a visitor visa. The Singapore trip was a nightmare. I was stopped at the point of entry due to a fake yellow fever card that I unknowingly received from Sky With Us after paying them for it. Alongside a few others, I was nearly sent back. Thankfully, the authorities allowed me entry after realizing I was unaware of the fake documentation. However, I was kept in isolation for five days before I was finally allowed to proceed. Throughout this ordeal, the company offered zero support. I even spoke with the owner, Honestly, I don’t think that woman is human, one of the most heartless person I have ever spoken with, no single remorse of what they have done. I was left to cover unexpected costs for my hotel and return ticket on my own. Following my experience in Singapore, I requested a refund for the visa processing fee I had paid in advance, but they refused. Reluctantly, I continued with the process, knowing they wouldn’t refund me. I already paid over a million Naira for a visa that typically costs 250,000 Naira and they added fake documents to my application without my consent. If not for God’s intervention, I could have faced a visa ban. Even staff at their office had nothing positive to say about the company. PLEASE BE WARNED—SKY WITH US IS A FRAUD. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. P.S- Thank you so much for your review. SKY WITH US- Everything stated in the screenshoot below is completely false. At no point did the company make any effort to resolve the issues they caused. I was detained due to fake documentation provided by Sky With Us, which they took money from me to arrange. The company didn’t offer me any help, including flight changes, nor did they provide any support to cover additional expenses. Despite my requests, they refused to refund me for services that weren’t provided as promised. Their claim that they offered support or that their MD is understanding is entirely untrue. Instead, I was left stranded, forced to pay out of pocket for accommodations and ticket changes. The unprofessionalism I experienced reflects poorly on their service and their lack of accountability. This review deserves to be addressed with the truth—Sky With Us is not trustworthy.
