It's so under emphasised on It's a good place to reside 😊
ShoreLine Estate, is a very serene gated community with great road network, sewage treatment, telecom and electricity infrastructure, security etc. The community borders the Lagos lagoon and very close to Banana Island. It's located in the northeast part of Ikoyi along sides Parkview Estate, Banana Island, Mojisola Estate, Patrick Harbor Estate. It's entrance is the first right hand junction, when you turn into TurnBull road off Alexander road, Ikoyi.
Located in a very conducive environment, very close to Banana Island
I loved the view and security consciousness. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a reserved residential environment. 1
