In 2022, I had an outstanding experience with this law firm. Their service was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave a glowing review, which contributed to their strong reputation as one of the top-ranking law firms in Jos. At the time, I was confident in their professionalism and commitment to their clients. However, fast forward to 2024, and my experience could not have been more different. What started as a promising legal relationship turned into the worst lawyer-client experience I have ever had. I felt my case was mishandled, poorly managed, and my inputs largely ignored. Despite making payments in good faith, I received little to no value for the money spent. To make matters worse, I was later asked to pay even more—only to discover that my case had been assigned to external lawyers whose handling of the matter, in my opinion, was subpar. Beyond the financial loss, what hurt the most was the deep sense of betrayal. Having previously trusted this firm, I had recommended them to many others, believing they would uphold the same high standards I once experienced. Instead, I found myself abandoned when I needed them the most. If you are looking for a law firm that stands by its word, values integrity, and truly shows up for its clients, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I was extremely satisfied with their service. The attorneys were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process.
