Riyom Rock, Sambak village, Hoss

Beautiful place to pass through when traveling.

The natural arrangement of the Riyom rock co-incides with the map of its host state. It looks amazing although it is currently unorganized. It is suppose to be a tourist center.

Riyom rock is a historical rock in Riyom local government of Plateau State. It is a beautiful site to behold. I've been trying to visit Riyom rock for a very long time but couldn't until this weekend. Before this visit, I only saw the pictures of the rock. It was a very exciting experience. We met with the community members who insisted we must pay before they can let us go close to the rock and snap pictures. I just hope they are using that money for the community and making it useful. Lovely rock.
