I was supposed to collect my package since on Sunday morning, the package came from Tunisia. My husband send it on Friday and they told him it was just 6hours distance that I will get it on Friday evening but it never came , only for me to receive a call on Saturday afternoon that they are sorry that my package reached around 1:26am in Abuja that am to pay the sum of #37,850 for local duty charge before my package will get to me. I was very surprised because they told him in Tunisia that once he pay the sum of $3,694 I wouldn't need to pay a dime, that was why he paid that money. I said okay, I paid the money yesterday morning and send the proof of payment to your customer Service Representative who I was chatting with, she said her name is Mrs Monica Rita .she said my package will get to me today which is Thursday latest before,12:00 only for the manager to call and asked me for my tracking number I told him that why didn't he asked me all this while when I was chatting with the lady ,he said if I don't give him my tracking number I wouldn't get my packages or if I want him to generate tracking number for me am to pay the sum of 32,850 again this is pure wickedness, this is my first time of using your service and am being frustrated like this do you think next time I will want to do business with you guys again. I called my husband and he gave me the tracking number which I send to them up till now they have not given me a feedback, the message I send on WhatsApp they have not opened it even the manager I have been calling him since this morning he refused to pick his calls. I'm very disappointed in your service. I have done business with DHL several times and once I pay them the money they bring my parcel to me. You guys have disappointed me very much. I'm really disappointed. Up till now my package is still in Abuja. This is my proof of payment
