Prince Ebeano Supermarket in Lekki is a reliable one‑stop shop for groceries, household items, toiletries, and everyday essentials. They have a wide variety of products, including imported items you won’t easily find elsewhere, which makes shopping there quite convenient. The staff are generally helpful, and the store is well‑organized, but it does get crowded during peak hours, which can lead to long queues. One thing that could be improved is the payment process, having to pay separately for items picked upstairs can be a bit inconvenient. Ventilation can also feel warm when the store is busy. Overall, Ebeano remains a solid and dependable supermarket in Lekki, especially if you’re looking for variety and quality in one place.
They have varieties but woah, their items are pricey and a lot of them do not have prices on them. I wish they had more visible monitors close to the aisles so we can scan them. Their system for payment is usually slow leading to slow-moving queues, which makes people blame the attendants instead. I got 2 packs of Cascade water and boy did they all have a weird taste. I don’t know if it’s a smell in the store, a manufacturer issue or it had been kept for a long time but water shouldn’t have a bad taste. To confirm by transfer was also more than 2 minutes. Otherwise, I enjoyed shopping here.
I visited this store on the 5th of May 2025 and i can say that i am so disappointed. Both in their business and the customer services. Prices are not posted with the items in this store and i would say this is very bad as customers only learn of prices just at the till. Unfortunately, i was attended to by the worse customer service agent i have ever met in my life. The name tag on her says 'Tosin Majasan' . No respect for customers whatsoever. This was on the first floor. It is with this girl that i understand why some of these people are not properly paid. They will destroy your business. Ebeano store should do better, its not by the size of the building but by the professionalism and great customer services. You can find the receipt's picture attached
This store has everything you need but be aware it is very expensive. My goodness!!! I was shocked to see a small/ medium chips 14000 naira+. What in the world. Household cleaning items seem reasonable. They have a snack sop inside and they had a good price. Food quality seemed good. No gas issue up or down. Some products did not seem clean or taken care off while they where shelved. They had dent and dark marks. Example Tide detergent. Overall they need to clean the store too. Parking is free.
Decent store to do your grocery shopping. Customer service is pretty satisfactory. Their health and safety guidelines per COVID-19 has been really commendable, too. Expansive parking lot with good accessibility. Heard they're moving from this location very soon, however. I'm sure we'll know when that happens. 👌😊
