Good prices and variety of phones but don't expect to find older models here. Top notch customers service
Pointek is a HIGH GRADE TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT sales outlet. It boasts of many branches across Nigeria and also trades internationally. I have patronised them and I can vouch for their originality and efficiency
Tried getting a phone switch with them but can't really understand what they're saying. The lady recommended I visit carlcare first bla bla but I felt it wasn't necessary as they initially made it clear you can switch up phones and add-up pays or get paid of the price of the phone you are dropping is way above the one you are picking. Idk but I guess it's the idea behind us and our businesses not being straight forward and sincere when passing information
I went there because I wanted to insure my phone, but it turned out they only insure Samsung and some specific devices. What I read online was different - that is, that they insure all smartphones.
