Pros: Pricing is very good here. The security guys downstairs are cool, always polite and helpful. Cons: Staff are very rude/condescending. No proper ventilation. Often crowded. Lack of communication between upstairs and warehouse staff.
extremely rude and barely competent staff. all of the staff are poorly trained. the wait time to check out was 2+ hours and employees were taking phone calls instead of attending to customers.
Good evening, i bought some goods worth of 41000 at pinnacle plaza orita branch around 12pm today, the cashier that attended to me debited my card twice, the first debit was 4100 instead of her to input 41000 on the POS machine while the second debit was the actual price of my goods which was 41000. Kindly refund my 4100 as soon as possible. Cashier name: BOLUWATIFE Regards.
The environment is ambient. Stocks are well arranged. Organized system of flow of activities. Staff are courteous, dutiful, and sharp. Checking out is superb with packing of goods bought.
Getting inside the supermarket is chaotic..I wouldn't advice anyone to go without eating. Prices are affordable, items are cheaper than what's obtainable in most places. Environment is clean. There isn't many branded options for most items, one will most likely get the most popular ones. It's also easily accessible and the parking space is quite spacious too.
