I would rate them a 3 because their offline experience is better and deserves accolades. But their online experience precisely WhatsApp, is Horrible. Their virtual consultant always has a silly excuse of network downtime and ALWAYS miss their scheduled time. In this new age, online consultation should be easy, you can work on that
They are the sweetest literally. From the receptionist to the doctors to the lab and other stuff they’re all so nice and so accommodating. You’d always leave feeling lighter.
I couldn’t find the address to leave a review for their Lekki branch but girls don’t walk run to this clinic you’re in perfect hands 😭 so patient, gentle, kinds gosh did a hvs and I’ve dealing with vaginismus and the trauma form HVS alone was already discouraging but with them the nurse literally stood there, took her time talked to me and vaginismus tried but I didn’t feel pain if you have vaginismus you’d understand what I mean, they are good!
All so nice, from the reception to the nurses and doctors. I had two different cases and both were resolved and I'm fully recovered. P.S: The doctor that attended to me felt like a big sister. 😊 That's how much they like what they do.
Their service is excellent. Very kind and polite staff. Dr Linda is the sweetest and nicest gynecologist I’ve ever met.Very professional and pleasant. if you are a woman that prioritizes your health, then pink clinic is your best option.
