It's okay, their items are cheap and affordable
The staff are polite and they have every standard thing you need in a supermarket . They have great parking lot which is fine and great.
Customer service is bad because it's been handled by kids plus their things are expensive
Phylmart Supermarket is by far the biggest grocery shop and supermarket around Lamgbasa. They are stocked with wide variety of household essentials. Their staff from my several visits are very courteous and also helpful. Items are properly shelved but not properly labeled. Also no directions indicating sections. My biggest frustration is that you hardly see price tags or you see a price and at the till a different price is computed. They accept cash, debit cards and direct transfer payment options. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible and i find that funny considering that they have trolleys. There are safety measures with fire 🔥 extinguisher, and no face mask 😷 no entry policy. Security is also good with guards a d cctv. The parking is just enough for 5 to 6 cars at a time. They are usually open from 8am to about 10pm
The supermarket is well stocked, neat, the price of their goods are reasonable. Good location.
