Booked in advanced yesterday. Started the journey from Lagos to PortHarcourt today, and we've not gotten halfway, we're presently on the road after Benin-Ore road (in the bush). My sister had warned me against this Company, because she always sees their bus damaged on the road during her travels, but I felt it was an exaggeration. We took off from Ikorodu late, he kept branching on the road to fix something or pick one more passenger, and now we're just stranded with the bus emitting smoke and parked on the roadside. And you all called this a private transport company? Tifiakwa. This is ineptitude at its peak, endangering lives of travellers

This company has to upgrade its services. Although some of their staff are friendly, the do not keep to time and departure is always late.

I went here to collect a package sent to me from Minna. The customer service from the staff is average. When going to receive a package, kindly go with your ID card and waybill number and make sure you've gotten a text message that your package has arrived so as not to spend a long time or waste time here. You can use their logistics services to deliver packages as small as an envelope and as big as a travelling bag to the major cities in Nigeria and their delivery services are not so expensive. For example, the delivery of an indomie carton of products cost only #1800 from Minna. My experience here was average but I'm glad about the service they offered.
