I have known and patronized panaserv over the years and the experience has been awesome but recently I had an encounter with a staff who introduced herself as the sales manager for ikeja Branch. I met her around the facility and made a few enquires for Panasonic split ac but what surprised me was that she chatted me up and told me she's also a vendor with the brand name "Onpage electronics" and that I should check her business page on tiktok. This person introduced herself as onyeali Agezichukwu Patience. She said she could help me get same AC at a lesser price from another vendor with the name Lajim Monument Enterprises but the money will be paid to her Fidelity bank account instead of purchasing it from Panaserv. I am escalating this because a friend once mentioned that she has met this same staff before at her previous place of employment which was somotex. I would like panaserv to investigate this and also visit the aforementioned business page ( onpage electronics) of the above mentioned staff. All the same, great job panaserv! It's been an awesome experience shopping with you.

Been buying most of my electronics there for the past 5 years... its been simply amazing.
Panaserv Nigeria Limited is a wonderful company geared towards a pleasant customer experience by the delivery of top notch home appliances and at customer friendly prices. The Staff too are very efficient and friendly.
They fixed my ACs and they are still working.
