I have known and patronized panaserv over the years and the experience has been awesome but recently I had an encounter with a staff who introduced herself as the sales manager for ikeja Branch. I met her around the facility and made a few enquires for Panasonic split ac but what surprised me was that she chatted me up and told me she's also a vendor with the brand name "Onpage electronics" and that I should check her business page on tiktok. This person introduced herself as onyeali Agezichukwu Patience. She said she could help me get same AC at a lesser price from another vendor with the name Lajim Monument Enterprises but the money will be paid to her Fidelity bank account instead of purchasing it from Panaserv. I am escalating this because a friend once mentioned that she has met this same staff before at her previous place of employment which was somotex. I would like panaserv to investigate this and also visit the aforementioned business page ( onpage electronics) of the above mentioned staff. All the same, great job panaserv! It's been an awesome experience shopping with you.
