This is the most scathingly honest review I will be leaving online. Will the firm do anything about this? Absolutely not. For them this is the ranting of a lunatic. THIS IS SIX MONTHS INTO MY LEASE AND THIS NIESV LICENSED FIRM HAS REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE OFFICIAL LEASE AGREEMENT CLAIMING THAT THE LANDLORD, WHO LIVES WITHIN THE SAME NEIGHBOURHOOD, IS UNAVAILABLE. The Port Harcourt branch of Osas and Oseji is resting on past glory, leveraging a credible brand name while delivering shoddy service once they pocket your cheque. They have absolutely no moral compass or integrity. After accepting my initial payment, they rescinded the agreed terms and demanded more money before move in. When I finally took possession, the flat was in severe disrepair. They ignored all my calls, forcing me to cough out personal money for endless fixes. They have never refunded one naira even after being paid their full caution fee. Even now, the repairs are never ending: the septic tank is completely full, and my bathroom door is permanently locked because the room smells like an open sewage pit. The handling surveyors, Chika Oluh and Imafidon Aliyu, constantly ignored communications and stalled. They only paused their stalling tactics temporarily when I emailed their Branch Manager, Ben Ndubueze, but they resumed their dismissive attitude shortly afterward. Five months after moving in, I still have not received my lease agreement, and I was flatly told off the last time I inquired about it. Worst of all was their absolute callousness regarding a critical health matter. Before paying, I explicitly asked if I could install solar panels on the car port to keep a severely ill family member comfortable, a necessary setup we had maintained for three years at my previous residence. The surveyor gave a resounding yes just to close the transaction. Once they had my money, they abruptly reversed their stance over petty aesthetic excuses, completely blind to the human life hanging in the balance. My family member passed away shortly after this cruel reversal. As a first degree holder in this noble profession, it deeply saddens me to witness such gross negligence and profound moral bankruptcy from a licensed firm. I would not touch this branch with a ten foot pole. Moving forward, if I see an NIESV logo on any property, I will completely avoid it unless it is my absolute last resort.
When you are considering engaging a professional Estate Surveyor and Valuer for the management of your property investments. The first company you should consider is Osas and Oseji Estate Surveyors. They are one of the best if not the best firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuations in Nigeria. They have good properties for letting and for sales in Abuja and other of their branches in Nigeria. They are reliable and have good work ethics when dealing with clients.
They offer exceptional real estate experiences and one of the best in the industry and trustworthy staff
I was well served, even though I was very very late for my already scheduled appointment due to reasons beyond my control, I was attended to in a friendly and hospitable manner, it was a wonderful experience. I really do recommend any time or any day. Thank you.
In the heart of Wise in Abuja, an office complex with lift and back up generator for uninterrupted power supply, with adequate security and easy access to individual office.
