O'Naturals was started in 2009 by 3 sisters. The company started as a blog, then moved to product manufacturing and then to professional salon services. O'Naturals opened her first salon in September 2013. We are the foremost natural hair care company in Nigeria. We care for and style natural hair. We provide natural hair care services and natural hair care products for our customers. We offer a wide range of services like treatments, colour and cuts. We have unique and creative hairstyles that make our customers feel and look special. Our stylists are continuously professionally and vigorously trained and strive to serve customers excellently. We are available to travel to serve our clients wherever they need us.

The service was very good. The washing and treatment of my hair left me feeling like my hair was properly clean and treated, especially after the damagey hair had suffered. The receptionist was very welcoming and my stylist was extremely professional. I liked the braided hairstyle and would definitely come back again.
I love O'Naturals!!!!!!! I remake my hair here every two weeks. The customer service is amazing. They have experienced hands and make neat and beautiful hair! Although it's pricey as making your natural hair is priced at #5,000 and above depending on the hairstyle. Although I always have issues with selecting hairstyles because they do not have a catalog of hairstyles to pick from so you have to figure out what you want them to make which can be tiring as I feel a natural hair salon should have catalogs for hairstyles. They sell amazing hair products from local hair product producers which is amazing because they are supporting local products. Overall, great service, supports local and amazing hair products, great stylists but poor access to hairstyle catalogs
No better place to have your natural hair attended to than at O'Naturals. Half of the time, I fall asleep in my chair. The stylist pay proper attention to the hair and you leave feeling pampered.
Nice and friendly staff, very professional and knowledgeable about natural hair care.
So far so good there's been a lot of improvement with customer service. The front desk personnel is now more receptive and helpful. Their staff are also courteous and patient. They take their time to ensure your hair is properly attended to and to give you the desired result. One reason why O'natural stands out amongst other natural hair saloon is that they are genuinely concerned about the health of your hair. They are not all about selling you their products and will readily give you tips on maintaining your hair through the cheapest means possible. One thing is certain about this place which is, if you stick to them, in no time your hair length will improve and so will the healthiness of your hair. People often ask me what product I use for my hair, why is my hair so soft, and long, e.t.c well I always point them to O'natural. These people make natural hair journey less painful and stressful. I will recommend them anytime. N.B They also attend to individuals with permed hair.
