Location is good but poor sales: 1. Reason is that we have similar plazas along the same road and not far from each other. 2. Shop space is highly expensive, thereby limiting customers choice as most shop spaces are empty.
This is a nice mall. This is a recently-built mall located in the heart or a good day just by the local government offices by the roundabout. The mall has a wine shop, a Chinese food take-out shop, a shawarma and asun joint, also there is a boutique at this place, a pharmacy: Medplus pharmacy, a baby store, a stationery and photocopy store, and a few other stores. There's adequate parking Infront of the building.
