The promo material I ordered from did not specify the processor type, and this was also not clarified at pickup. I only realized after unboxing that the device was the Exynos model. When I raised my concern, I was told that their default listings are Exynos and that only Snapdragon variants are specifically labelled in their ads. In my opinion, this approach feels unclear and led to a misunderstanding that could have been avoided with clearer communication. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.
