They were so professional about their services, I respect them for that...if every organization can emulate such professionalism, Nigeria will move forward
Asking for the Same documents you have already submitted during your first enrolment when they should just learn to upload them digitally and store for faster and efficient results to aid the Government's easy of doing Business agenda.
These guys will always wants to get money from you especially if your application was done online. I’ve been here and it’s 1:30min pass my appointment time. They also have express payment to fast track your application.
Crowded with people (applicants) seeking for their international passports. The new location of this NIS, Nigerian Immigration Service along Aba road is the first block inside the complex building. It occupies from the Ground floor to the 3rd floor. From time to time, temporary power supply issue but when available staff ready to 'work'. When given hope to stay late in case of power, ...makes sense to stay because 'the VERY patient dogs will definitely eat the fattest bones'.
