They are good at what they do. They sent my pictures to me yesterday and I was amazed. Clean pictures that will definitely be timeless. The edited copies didn't look superficial like some other photographers do. The customer service was impressive. Infact, during our shoot, my child became tired, cranky and started to cry...the photographer quickly went to get him an unopened room temperature caprisun from their office, my sister and I were shocked. Like we didn't expect it. That really helped to cheer my child up again and he finished his birthday shoot. All the pictures were beautiful. I walked in there with the plan to get just 2 pictures but at the end of the day we had to take 9. I wanted to select even more.

This is a top-notch photo studio. The head photographer is very professional and easy to work with. He makes you feel comfortable and would also give style directions for your shoot. I like the fact that he was able to pick out the right background and props needed for each outfit. The staff I interacted with were very nice and professional as well. My edited pictures were delivered within the stated time line.
