A bit of wait but service was great. Had a facial and the attendant was gentle and the atmosphere was calm and soothing. Would advice they also brush up on skin procedures as they use face scrub which is not healthy for faces.
The owner of this place is highly customer centric. I had a complaint and she went out of her way to apologize to me by through emails and phone calls. It is admirable to see this level of professionalism and attention to customers needs. I would be visiting again. She also offered me complimentary free services. They are committed to ensuring that customers have a good experience and that is beautiful to see.
The girl was good and they good facilities. The dark room was really dark and they do know what they're doing. I did enjoy the massage.
