They came and scanned my car, gave me a report but didn’t come back for the repair. It’s a month they’ve not been responding to my calls and messages, no report on cost for repairs, no response on when they will come for repair. I was skeptical from the onset because what I needed was a fix not just a scan but they assured me they were different but I’m yet to see their difference from other technician.
Very reliable services and professional technicians . An overall amazing experience , I highly recommend
MOTG has a team of competent hands and they deliver on service or repair requests. I will highly recommend them to anyone that cares about his/her car. I drive a 2009 Acura TL Tech, which i have used for 15 years. In the last 2 years MOTG has changed a few parts like fuel pump, rear wheel hub, brake disc and pads and emission catalyst on the car and they have been on point with the repairs. 5 star service!!!
Service is quite pricey but not as thorough as I expected. The repair report was not comprehensive. My main concern and the reason I came to write this review is that my tyres were in bad shape when I took my car in, but they didn’t catch it even though I paid for inspection. I only found out later when I decided to upgrade to bigger tyres.
Exceptional service from start to finish. MOTG has a team of highly skilled mechanics who take great care of their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
