My session there today was relaxing , nice ambiance .I Received an unforgettable experience , I am going to be their frequent customer 🥰
I had a wonderful session the staffs was welcoming,polite and lovely and the spa was relaxing felt at home and their hospitality was top notch
The place was extremely dirty. The floors looked unclean, the stations were messy, and the overall environment felt unsanitary the moment we walked in. I go to spas fairly often, so I usually notice basic hygiene standards. This place did not meet them. During my pedicure, the technician kept lifting my leg and placing my foot on the dirty floor. That alone shocked me. A spa should follow basic sanitation practices, especially during services like pedicures. Seeing my foot placed on the floor in the middle of a treatment was uncomfortable and honestly unacceptable. The tools and work areas looked disorganized and poorly maintained. It did not feel like a professional environment. It felt rushed and careless. On top of that, the technicians performing the manicure and pedicure did not seem to know what they were doing. The service quality was very poor. I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. When you go to a spa, you expect a clean and relaxing environment. This experience was the opposite. I would not recommend Leedia Wellness and Spa to anyone. Based on what I saw, the facility needs serious attention to cleanliness, organization, and staff training. I hope management takes steps to fix these issues. Right now, it is not a place anyone should ever return to.
It was a good spa experience. I went with my brother and sister in law. My brother got a Mani - Pedi, my sister in law got a facial and we all got swedish massages. My masseuse, Blessing was a godsend. She had very strong hands, and she took a lot of pressure off me, and the places I asked her not to massage, she didn't. 🙌🏼 I really liked her, my brother truly enjoyed his Mani Pedi and my sister in law and brother were split on the facial experience. There was some scrubbing going on that they both did not like. But apart from that, they really liked everything else. The manager was quite patient, helpful, and sweet. Also, I expect to see a full service menu on Google Maps as they promised. 9.5/10 experience all around. Very good job. The
Really good service offered. Their customer service is top notch and they were willing to answer all questions. We had the facials, Swedish massage, pedicure and manicure. The girls who took care of us were very professional. I found the facials a bit too abrasive on the face. Perhaps, this is something to look at in future. In all, I enjoyed this and definitely one of my best spa experiences.
