Watching how this company handled the installation of the window blinds at our company has completely changed my opinion of them. We were repeatedly promised installation dates that were never honoured, and after several delays, the installers finally arrived with the wrong colour of blinds. The installation itself created another problem by blocking the window from opening. Instead of correcting their own measurement error, they reportedly asked us to pay extra for a measurement they generated. That's not the level of professionalism I'd expect from a service provider.
