KIYO SPACE

I stayed at KIYO SPACE for 63days, and I must tell it the way I experienced it. I paid 50 thousand naira daily for 63 days, please do the maths. My bedsheets were changed every 2weeks, upon persistent pleading, I left there with skin irritations. The room was also cleaned every 2weeks aswell, seems that's their standard of operations. Came home from Finland to rest and for medicals after years abroad, prior to that I told Habeeb what I needed was a serene, quiet environment, which he promised and assured before making down payment of 2 million naira since April 2025. Unfortunately I got the opposite. Nights of sleeplessness due to the other apartment been booked out for Night vigils, Parties which brought people smoking hard drugs in the compound. Complained several times, but was always told Ema binu ma(Don't be angry ma). My health was affected, My Blood pressure started spiking due to lack of sleep from several parties hosted in the building. I ended up involving the police to get sanity, value for money and discuss the breech in agreement, there and then in the presence of the police men that came he promised it will never happen again till I leave. I was not surprised when I saw a big introduction and engagement party held in the compound just a week after the police came to talk to him,upon seeing the set up the night before the engagement / introduction party,I didn't sleep at Kiyo space,I went to another Apartment on Oyekan street,paid 60 thousand naira to sleep that night,cos I know it was going to be another sleepless night. Note he was not arrested but cautioned that the level of noise generated from his business in a residential area is against the laws of Lagos state and if not careful LASEPA would be involved which may lead to the closure of the property. I Pleaded with the police that I didn't need to write a statement against him or any drama, but just wanted a calm and peaceful place to stay before leaving Nigeria. Couple of days to leaving the apartment, the wifi/Netflix was cut off, reasons I deduced was he was angry I brought the police,breech of his own agreement of our contract after paying him was not important to him, he wants to run his business but lacked professionalism in hospitality. If you are a decent, respectable individual that wants calm, serene, peaceful environment for your vacation back home in Lagos Nigeria, I would strongly Advice you against booking KIYO SPACE situated @ 23,Ayinde Giwa Street Surulere Lagos. I have receipts if he wants to claim otherwise. I asked to rent a freezer for my stay because I cook my meals, he rented me a small efficient freezer for 150 thousand naira and to pay 70 thousand naira for added electricity. My caution fee of 80 thousand naira is still with him, hopefully he sends it, otherwise he can eat it. My Honest review on my stay at KIYO SPACE. 😡😡😡

Lovely space , I love how spacious the living room is and the fact that it’s self compound Just needs minor maintenance works here x there , but generally a nice experience

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The services were top-notch, everything exceeded my expectations. I definitely loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place.
