I had the absolute worst experience at Kelly’s Touch Spa in Lagos. They lured me in with promises of a steam bath and reasonable prices, only to pull a bait-and-switch. Not only did they refuse to reduce the cost after not delivering what was initially discussed, but they also ended up charging me ₦83,000 for subpar services that were nowhere near worth the price. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, and the entire process felt like a scam. I left feeling frustrated, cheated, and completely dissatisfied. This place operates with shady tactics, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Kelly’s Touch Spa at all costs.

We visited this place for Pedicure and Manicure and I enjoyed the services provided. Celine attended to me and I must say she is a professional. She took her time and gave an excellent service my hands and feet looked so fresh. Thank you Celine we will definitely visit again. I recommend this place

Their service is/was impeccable, they do the most, I had a great massage session, they have the mi'da' 's touch, my joints do not ache as much, hadn't had a good sleep in years until yesterday, thankyou , I feel relieved and light, would be back most definitely.
