I have to say that I have been solely disappointed with Juvante group. I contacted this company to supply doors to my house in Lagos as I was intending to complete it and move in. They made the doors and delivered to site as scheduled but that is as far as the service went. From then on things have gone downhill. 5 weeks ago the doors were delivered but yet to be installed completely. I have called and called to find out what is holding up the job but have been met with silence. If you write Tunde the MD he does not respond. If you call the customer service manager she does not give answers, all she says is "I will speak to someone and get back to you". This company is good at taking your money but their service is the worst. They seem to be enjoying the headache they are giving me. My advice to you is find another company to deal with.
