Poor service. Paid to be waxed and got shaved instead with bruised private.
Had my nails fixed here for the first time by Ralph and I think I might just keep coming back. Great customer service and service delivery 👍🏽

Did my pedicure, and it was well done. They have a very good makeup and lash artist there, too. Spacious and cozy
I had a terrible experience here, with bad service and a high price for the bad service; I spent over 5 hours here for basic hairstyle: all back! Two sister Hair stylists are unprofessional and dirty with no remorse or common courtesy. They seemed very money-hungry while lacking etiquette. 1. They claim hair steaming is 7k, but did not communicate the steamer is faulty instead they had me sit under the dryer for 10 minutes. That’s not steaming!! 2. Carried another customer placed on my seat when I went to wash my hair even tho my things were clearly in the chair; the same set of items that took them 5 hours to provide nylon bags. 3. The stylist went to eat for 1 hour!!! No respect for customers' time. The list goes on! What I’m annoyed at the most is that I wasted my time and money. I kept having the urge to leave.
