The Most Dishonest and Horrible Logistics Company I’ve Ever Dealt With — Stay Away! I deeply regret ever doing business with this company. This is the second time I have used them, and both experiences have been terrible. I even called ahead to confirm that they had improved after my first bad experience — but this time was even worse. First, their shipping rate was already higher than other options — they charged $5 per pound, while another reliable company, Cargo Air, charges $4.50 per pound with no hidden taxes or extra fees. Despite that, I decided to use them again hoping for a smoother process. After making my payment, they suddenly demanded an extra $10 just because I used PayPal, claiming they couldn’t accept payment without that extra charge. When I refused to pay this unreasonable fee, they reversed my payment — even though my shipment was already with them. They told me that since they already had my package, I had no choice but to use their service. Because the PayPal refund was going to take several days, I still went ahead, took my own money, and paid again — at my own currency rate equivalent to the exact dollar amount owed. Instead of honoring that payment, they said it wasn’t complete because they wanted me to pay at their own exchange rate, which added almost ₦50,000 more to the total. When I refused this exploitative demand, they told me I wouldn’t receive my package or a refund. Now, they are insisting that I must go through their app and make payment again before I can get my shipment, even after they’ve already collected my money. This company is completely dishonest, unprofessional, and fraudulent. They manipulate rates, delay refunds, and trap customers by holding on to their shipments after payment. Their customer service is arrogant and unreliable — they talk like they are doing you a favor while keeping your money and your goods. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, do not use this company. There are far better, more transparent options like Cargo Air that respect customers and honor transactions without hidden charges, rate manipulation, or intimidation. This company’s operations are a total scam, and I sincerely regret ever trusting them again.
