I booked all my treatments with Rodiah. She is the best!! She works very calmly, is always on time and she takes such great care of your hair. I always went to take care of natural hair and every time I went out my hair felt clean fresh and well taken care off. Hairitage Hub is an absolute gem!!!
10/10 would recommend you not only get the great treatment you’re paying for the staff’s attention to detail/ customers service is impressive! Like understanding cues that are not communicated.
Great experience from start to finish. Very warm welcome by the ladies at reception and the lady assigned to me (Rodiah) was so gentle with my hair and asked relevant questions in order to choose the best treatment for me. We were even offered tea and biscuits during our appointment, such a lovely start to our trip! I know where to come back to when I’m back in Nigeria.
Great service. Serene and relaxing environment that helps you unwind. Quality services and very hospitable staff. A nail tech is also available in the salon.
I did knotless braids here not even up to a week ago. The salon is nice and the customer service is actually decent. The hair turned out ok but i'm not sure of the quality of extensions used as the ends of the extensions have gotten all frizzed up and messy quickly despite wrapping it every night in a silk wrap and showering with a shower cap.. Staff (not all, but the main one that did my hair used) took 2 hours just to wash and blow dry it.... I paid 38k in total (including washing and the purchasing of their own extensions). Would I go back probably yes because customer service is ok and they are attentive but not for knotless braids as I don't expect the ends to get this messy after 5 days.
