Finest hiz and herz salon

I had my worst hair experience at this salon. I made my hair (boho braids) there yesterday 9 May 2024. I had to wait for 1hr for a stylist to come because the owner lied to me that he had called someone (a professional) from outside. Only for an unprofessional stylist to come and mess my whole hair up and all the CEO could say was , the problem is from my hair extension. The stylist that did my hair was even being thought by others on how to make the hair. I will attach the hair extension the CEO claimed is the cause of the bad work by his staff. That is what remained and some pieces because I bought 2packs. Please how come the hair was soo scanty and this still remained. Tell me how the hair had different lengths. I pray no one has the experience I had there yesterday. I can't recommend here.

They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment when other salons were making excuses, which was very commendable. They did my braids beautifully and the staff were attentive to needs, professional and friendly. The environment was clean and communication was very good throughout. Prices were good. I’d come back again

I have not actually made my hair here, but I've had my wigs treated and straightened by their stylist, and they did a good job. Although, the last time I visited the stylist I would usually ask for no longer worked there. In general, the environment I clean and conducive. Their customer service is commendable. I am looking at getting a piercing done there soon. I hope they impress me.
