I highly recommend her services! Mrs Fola is calm, takes her time to study and LISTEN … then advices accordingly. I love her personality also and the fact that she would tell you the truth that no one else would tell you. I personally have grown, taken a deeper look at myself from within and learnt to find my peace as a person from my sessions. I always look forward to my therapy sessions contrary to what people say about Nigerian therapist. Oh yes … and she keeps to time. Lol, so don’t be late for any sessions. 😉

I had the privilege of attending a mental health talk that exceeded my expectations in every way. The speaker's passion, vulnerability, and expertise created a safe and supportive space for honest discussion. The talk not only educated me on the importance of mental wellness but also inspired me to take action. I felt seen, heard, and validated in a way that few experiences have offered. What resonated with me most was the reminder that mental health is a journey, not a destination. The talk encouraged me to be patient, kind, and compassionate with myself as I navigate life's challenges. I highly recommend this talk to anyone seeking to prioritize their mental well-being, break down stigmas, or simply connect with others on a deeper level. It's an experience that will linger with me for a long time.

One way to manage mental stress is speaking out. Especially when you know that who you are speaking to will not criticize you and all you say are kept confidential. Thank you FGD. I am glad i attended the session.
